Sand Harbor Sleigh Rides open Christmas Day thru the New Year

Mother Nature was kind and has left some white stuff to help make the season Merry & Bright and with the cooler temps cuddling under a blankets is a pleasure indeed! Unfortunately, not enough snow has fallen to operate completely on snow, so our horse drawn vehicles (sleighs & carriages) are still on wheels. They travel along path pathways to the shores of Lake Tahoe, through the woods & back to the Visitor’s Center.

We have been a popular activity this winter and all our reservation are taken.  We will have limited rides available on a Walk up, Pay & Go for a ride and arriving early is always better that later in the day.

The location is:  Sand Harbor State Park, on the northeast corner of Lake Tahoe, Nevada, 3 miles south of Incline Village, Nevada off of Hwy 28.

There is a parking fee of $10 to enter the park.

Go through the Main Entrance to the visitor's center to our kiosk and the receptionist will let you know the expected waiting times & availability.

Rides operate from 11am to 2pm 

30 minute rides are $25 per adults; $10 per children & 1 hour rides are $50 per adults; $20 for children.

Cash, MasterCard & Visa are accepted.
