Open 3/17&18

There is a Break in the Weather, and we plan to OPEN at Sand Harbor Visitors Center - off hwy 28, south of Incline Village, Nevada.

Friday, March 17th & Saturday, March 18th 2023. Hours: 10am till 5pm.

Reservations which are available online, and for last minute Walk Ups on a first come; first serve basis.

Our 45minute rides are pulled by Belgian Draft horses through a Snowy Winter Wonderland we call the Enchanted Forest to the South Beach of Lake Tahoe where you can get off the sleigh, and take some photos on the lake. Upon your return, you can offer the horse a treat & thank you pat before returning to the starting point at Grandma’s cottage where hot chocolate & fresh baked treats await!! The Nevada State Park’s Visitors Center at Sand Harbor has restroom, an interactive and education displays and the cute little gift shop has unique memorabilia of your trip.

We are still monitoring the weather for Sunday, 3/20/23, and Monday, 3/21/23 which is looking unlikely we will be able to open. If possible try to stop by and visit Friday or Saturday. If you have a reservation on Sunday or Monday, please call the office to see if rescheduling is a possibility. To reassure those with a Reservations: If we close for any reason you will be issued a full refund.
